The Fayette County Soil & Water District was awarded a grant in the amount of $2,125.38 by the Fayette Community Foundation to install wildflowers in areas throughout the city that are hard to maintain. City Ordinance Enforcer Nick Brown developed the idea and applied for a grant in cooperation with the Fayette County Soil & Water District to remedy the problem of these hard to maintain areas. Installation will begin in the Spring of 2023. Congratulations Nick Brown!
