The Food Services division of the Fayette County Health Department is responsible for seeing that all food establishments are properly licensed and inspected twice each year.

The following lists the fees that are due from food service businesses in Fayette County.
Retail Foods
The following fees are based on square footage:
0-3,000 sq ft $60.00
3,001-8,000 sq ft $100.00
8,001 sq ft and over $250.00
Temporary (THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE)
- $30.00 (for (1) thru (5) days)
- $10 for each day after (5) days for a single event
- Pre-registration is required.
